At Neptunes Vanguard, we respect the time, money, and planning that goes into a dive vacation. If at least one guest besides the trip leader is confirmed, the trip will move forward as scheduled. Once you reserve your spot, you can plan with confidence knowing the trip itself will not be canceled due to low group numbers.
Many dive trips depend on filling large groups to operate. Our approach is different. We intentionally keep groups small so the experience stays relaxed, personal, and focused on the diving, not on meeting minimum headcounts.

On our final full day in Mexico, I’ll be heading to the mainland to dive The Pit, one of the most unforgettable dives in the Riviera Maya.
This is not ocean diving.
Crystal clear freshwater, beams of sunlight cutting through the cavern, ancient limestone walls, and visibility that feels almost unreal. It is a completely different environment and a favorite for divers who want to experience something unique while already in Mexico.
Anyone who wants to join is welcome to come along.
If your perfect last day is relaxing by the pool, exploring town, shopping, or simply enjoying a slow off gassing day, that is equally part of the trip.
We’ll coordinate together closer to departure based on interest.
Estimated cost: approximately $200 USD, which should cover ferry transportation, transfers, and professional cenote guiding. Final cost may vary slightly depending on local pricing and group participation.
The timing allows for roughly 24 hours of surface interval before flights home.
Some divers choose to end the week relaxing.
Some choose to finish it with something unforgettable.
Both are the right way to close out Cozumel.
