Shipping Policy Neptune’s Vanguard

Overview
All Neptunes Vanguard LLC products are made to order through print on demand production. Each item is produced individually after purchase and is not pulled from inventory.
All shipping costs are paid by the customer unless otherwise stated in a written promotional offer. Shipping fees are non refundable after fulfillment begins except where mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
Any delivery timelines shown on the Site or in tracking communications are estimates only and are not guarantees.
Processing Time
Orders typically require 3 to 7 business days to be produced and packaged before shipment. During peak seasons, holidays, or high volume events, processing may take longer.
Production may begin shortly after an order is placed. Once an order has been transmitted to fulfillment, cancellation or change requests may not be possible.
Shipping Time and Delivery Estimates
- Domestic (U.S.): 5 to 9 business days after fulfillment
- International: 7 to 21 business days after fulfillment with possible customs delays
Shipping timeframes are based on carrier service estimates. Carrier performance, routing changes, weather delays, customs holds, labor disruptions, national holidays, and other logistical constraints are outside of our control.
Expedited and Express Shipping
If expedited or express shipping is selected, the service reflects the carrier’s estimated transit window. Shipping upgrades accelerate transit time only and do not reduce production time.
Unless a carrier confirms a service failure under its own written policy, expedited transit windows remain estimates and are not guaranteed arrival commitments by Neptunes Vanguard LLC.
Neptunes Vanguard LLC is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been transferred to the carrier.
Delayed Deliveries
Neptunes Vanguard LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, customs actions, strikes, carrier errors, routing changes, or other force majeure events.
If a carrier misses an estimated delivery window, Neptunes Vanguard LLC is not obligated to refund shipping fees unless:
- The carrier confirms a service failure under its own written policy, and
- Mandatory consumer protection law requires a refund for the affected customer
Limitation of Shipping Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neptunes Vanguard LLC’s total liability for any shipping related claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the shipping service associated with the order in question.
Neptunes Vanguard LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from shipment delay, carrier performance, or delivery outcomes.
Order Tracking
Once fulfillment is complete, Neptunes Vanguard LLC provides a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the label is created.
If tracking has not been received within 10 days of purchase, contact us at support@neptunesvanguard.com.
Shipping Destinations
Neptunes Vanguard LLC ships to most countries worldwide. We reserve the right to decline shipment to any jurisdiction where shipment would violate U.S. federal statutes or mandatory consumer protection law.
If a location becomes restricted or unshippable as of February 2026, the customer will be notified and refunded to the original payment method when required by that law.
Customs Duties and Taxes
International orders may incur customs fees, import taxes, or duties once the package reaches its destination. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Neptunes Vanguard LLC has no control over these fees.
Incorrect or Insufficient Address
The customer must ensure the shipping address is complete and accurate. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the carrier marks a package as Delivered, risk of loss transfers to the customer. Neptunes Vanguard LLC is not responsible for theft, loss, or misdelivery occurring at the delivery location after carrier confirmation.
The customer must file any claim directly with the carrier. Neptunes Vanguard LLC accepts no statutory liability beyond what the applicable law mandates.
Returns and Reshipments
All shipping costs for returns, exchanges, or reshipments are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those eligible cases, Neptunes Vanguard LLC covers replacement shipping.
Split Shipments
Depending on fulfillment center location, an order may arrive in multiple packages. Each package will have its own tracking number.
Chargebacks and Shipping Disputes
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback solely due to a carrier delay that falls within estimated delivery parameters may be treated as a violation of the Terms of Service.
Shipping disputes are governed by the dispute resolution, limitation of liability, and arbitration provisions contained in the Terms of Service.
California Consumer Provisions
This section applies to California residents. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived under California consumer protection statutes. Where California law provides greater protection, those protections control for California residents notwithstanding any conflicting term above.
Children Protection
The Site is not directed to individuals under 13 years of age as defined by federal Children Online Privacy Protection Act statutes. Any discovery of a noncompliant minor transaction will be promptly resolved under the mandatory law of that state.
Policy Integration Notice. This policy is incorporated into and governed by the Terms of Service of Neptune’s Vanguard LLC.
Any dispute arising under or relating to this policy shall be resolved exclusively in accordance with the binding arbitration, limitation of liability, statute of limitations, and governing law provisions set forth in the Terms of Service.
In the event of conflict, the Terms of Service shall control except where mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
