This is a dive-centered package built so you can arrive in Belize, get offshore, unpack once, and spend the week diving, eating, relaxing, and enjoying the Caribbean.

The included offshore transfer operates on Saturday, so international flight timing matters.
Schedule your international flight to arrive at Philip S. W. Goldson International Airport (BZE) no later than 1:30 PM local time.
Guests should meet the transfer team in the International Arrivals area by approximately 2:45 PM. The scheduled boat departs at approximately 3:00 PM.
The offshore boat transfer generally takes approximately 1½ to 2 hours depending on conditions.
The scheduled Saturday return transfer departs the offshore accommodations in the morning.
When booking international airfare home, plan a departure from Belize City of 12:30 PM or later.

A few things matter before you get on the boat.
Divers must hold a recognized scuba certification to participate in certified-diver dives unless formally enrolled in an approved course with the local operator.
Advanced Open Water certification is required for participation in the Great Blue Hole dive.
The local dive operation requires divers to use a dive computer during diving activities.
You are traveling as part of a small Neptune's Vanguard dive group with coordination before departure and an on-site host during the week.

Trip dates: The Neptune's Vanguard Belize 2027 dive retreat is scheduled for April 24 – May 1, 2027.
Group size: Neptune's Vanguard is targeting approximately 8–10 divers. Final capacity remains subject to available accommodations and dive-operation capacity.
Reservation deposit: A $500 Neptune's Vanguard reservation deposit per diver is applied toward the participant's final Belize 2027 package balance. Reservations and payments remain subject to the applicable Neptune's Vanguard Dive Trip Cancellation Policy and trip terms.

Dive schedule: The package provides up to three scheduled single-dive trips per standard dive day and two scheduled dives on the final dive day. Specific dive sites, schedules, quantities, and itineraries remain subject to weather, sea conditions, diver safety, and the discretion of the local dive operator.
Great Blue Hole: The package includes the Great Blue Hole adventure, Half Moon Caye, and the Aquarium, subject to safe operating conditions. Advanced Open Water certification is required for participation in the Great Blue Hole dive.
Transfers: Included ground and scheduled boat transfers operate on Saturdays. Guests are responsible for booking international flights that meet the required arrival and departure windows. Alternate or private transfers may involve additional charges.
Fees not included: Marine-park fees, Belize Tourism Board charges, Nitrox unless specifically confirmed as included, equipment rental, bar purchases, gratuities, instructional courses, personal purchases, private transfers, travel insurance, and dive accident insurance are not included unless specifically stated otherwise.
Unused services: Unused accommodations, meals, dives, or other package components may not be refundable. Weather-related dive or activity changes may not qualify for refund or credit.
Third-party providers: Neptune's Vanguard serves as the group trip organizer and host. Accommodation, scuba diving, meals, transfers, excursions, and other destination services are provided by independent third-party suppliers.
Travel insurance: Travel insurance and dive accident insurance are strongly recommended for international scuba travel and are not included unless specifically stated.
